Gladys is an expert leader in Multi-cultural Crisis Intervention and brings extensive mental health counseling experience, process management expertise, and a passion for quality service. During her career, Gladys has gained a depth of experience through roles as Crisis Counselor, Case Manager, Crisis Specialist, Clinical Supervisor, and Bilingual Lead Supervisor, all before joining CONTACT® in April of 2023 as our Assistant Director of Bilingual Crisis Services.  Gladys now serves as our Clinical Services Director, responsible for all clinical service delivery.

Gladys was born and raised in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico and received her Bachelor’s Degree and her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas, El Paso.  She now lives in Denver, Colorado.  Gladys enjoys a vegan lifestyle, hiking, and cuddling with her 13-year-old cat, Emma.
