Bruce Marshall is the Executive Director of CONTACT® Care Line®. During his six years leading the organization, Bruce has grown CONTACT from a small local helpline into a large, nationally recognized, and nationally staffed organization. Under Bruce’s leadership, CONTACT has become a leading innovator in Suicide Prevention and Crisis Counseling services.
Bruce began his career in the Insurance industry but eventually transitioned to the faith-based non-profit sector and then into the United States Air Force where he served as a Chaplain for 28 years. Following his retirement from the Air Force, he transitioned back to the non-profit world and joined CONTACT in 2015.
In addition to his Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and an additional Master’s Degree in Theology.
Bruce and his wife, Paige, have five children, three grandchildren (so far), and two dogs and happily reside in Knoxville, Tennessee.
