What is the Reassurance Program?
Safety concerns and social isolation can threaten the ability for seniors to safely live independently. The Reassurance Program by CONTACT Care Line offers regular, personalized phone calls to individuals who may be isolated, vulnerable, or in need of daily or weekly connection at no cost to the individual. Designed to foster emotional well-being and safety, our program serves as a lifeline for individuals seeking companionship, safety checks, or encouragement.
Whether it’s a friendly chat, a reminder to take medication, or simply knowing someone is there, our dedicated team is here to brighten someone’s day, every day.
