    After training, volunteers must fulfill the following commitments: ·One 4-hour helpline shift a week ·A minimum of 160 hours (typically completed over 9 consecutive months) Interns/UTK PSYC 399 Students: · Requirements determined on an individual basis, modified time requirement possible
