How Can You Help?
Every year, CONTACT volunteers field over 10,000 calls with people who need a listening ear. Crisis Line callers are greeted by trained volunteers who listen with warmth, compassion, and empathy. In addition to the Crisis Line, CONTACT offers active listening workshops and Reassurance, a program for seniors who need a daily call to check on their safety and well-being.
